Zanetti Welcomes Return of Mancini to Inter

Milan – The return of Roberto Mancini to Inter Milan was warmly welcomed former Nerazzurri captain Javier Zanetti. Moreover, once Zanetti also has a pretty sweet memories together Mancini.

Mancini coached Inter following the official termination of Walter Mazzarri. This is the second period of the 49-year Italian men in handling Beneamata.

“The return Mancio is fun,” said Zanetti, who became vice president of the Inter after retirement, told Corriere della Sera.

Mancini became the third coach in Inter history to win consecutive Serie A after Alfredo Foni (1952-53 and 1953-54) and Helenio Herrera (1964-65 and 1965-66) thanks to his success at the end of the 2006-07 season.

Before parting with Inter in May 2008, he drove back to the title of Inter Serie A 2007-08 season.
