TURIN – Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta, judging that the club has returned to the ranks of Europe’s elite teams. Marotta also require coach Massimiliano Allegri to retain the Scudetto this season.
While still dibesut coach Antonio Conte, Juve has scored a hat trick Scudetto. Now with Allegri, the Bianconeri are still okay at domestic level after leading the Serie A standings with a three-point advantage ahead of nearest rivals, AS Roma.
“Scudetto four consecutive seasons mandatory for Juventus,” Marotta said as quoted by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sunday (12/28/2014).
Even so, the Old Lady is still burdened targets in European competition. Marotta even sure of a place in the quarterfinals of realistic targets. “At a minimum, the quarter-finals,” he added.
In the Champions League this season, Juve have already qualified from the group stage to the knockout stage. In round 16, Gianluigi Buffon cs will face Borussia Dortmund on February 25, 2015.
